How Drome works

Set the challenge up once, then use one honest daily board for the work.

  1. 01

    Set up your 75

Choose your Day 1, diet rule, water goal and container shortcuts. Already underway? Catch up earlier days in one pass.

  2. 02

    Work the day board

Log water, two workouts, reading, diet, no junk and a progress photo from one at-a-glance checklist.

  3. 03

    Fill Jerome

Drag Jerome or tap a saved container as you drink. His water level shows your progress through today’s goal.

  4. 04

    Review and continue

Correct logs, close the day, revisit your history, and export or share a daily card. Repeat through Day 75.

Gear, not toy

Built for the hard days

01

Two rulesets

Run it purist - the strict, no-substitutions original - or flexible, where you define the rules you'll actually keep for 75 days.

02

Water pacing

A gallon is a schedule, not a sprint. Drome paces your day and an anti-chug guard keeps a 9pm panic-liter from counting as progress.

03

Waking-hours days

Your day ends when you sleep, not at midnight. Late workouts land on the day you actually did them.

04

Widget quick-add

Log water from your home screen without opening the app. Jerome fills right on the widget.

05

Append-only history

Every log is an event in a local, append-only journal. Your 75 days are a record, not a mutable counter.

06

Honest, not shaming

Miss a day and Drome says so plainly, then gets you back to work. No guilt screens, no streak-freeze gimmicks.

Local-first

Your 75 days stay on your phone

Drome is local-first - no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Everything - logs, progress photos, history - lives in a local database on your device; accounts and sync are opt-in, never required. Export and back up whenever you want; nothing leaves unless you send it.
